DOOR WARRANTY

All doors sold by The Door Stop, LLC (except those doors expressly excluded from this warranty; for example, but not limited to, field-finished doors and doors machined for top and bottom pivots are not covered by this warranty) are warranted for a specific time from date of shipment to be of good material and workmanship and to be free from defects at the time of shipment that would render them unserviceable or unfit for the ordinary purposes for which each door is recommended.

The Door Stop, LLC will at its option either (1) repair or (2) replace, in the white, unfitted and without charge, any door found not to comply with this warranty. However, written notice of any claim under this warranty must be given to The Door Stop, LLC promptly when discovered. In the case of a defect reasonably discoverable by inspection of each door upon receipt of shipment, notice must be given within thirty (30) days thereafter and before the door is hung or treated in any manner. All six sides must be sealed. The Door Stop, LLC shall not be liable for doors repaired or replaced without its prior written consent. Action on any claim for warp or telegraphing after installation may be deferred, at the option of The Door Stop, LLC, for a period of 12 months from the date of complaint. During this period, doors must remain hung in the original installation to permit conditioning to humidity and temperature.
